Summary judgment won but they decided to take me to trial anyway

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie in LB although has been in & out on the OTR for several years. I am following all the good people who have helped me b4 & hoping they are willing to help me again (she prays ray: ray2 I have put background story on this in my "hello" post in the "welcome" forum.


Have a question, I am at the moment in the middle of preparing disclosure list for a fasttrack court with Amex. Can I include the judgment I have on the SJ in my disclosure list?
