Hi - new to the forum
I have received a "notice of intended legal proceedings" from Blair Oliver Scott for a credit card (Bank of Scotland Mastercard).
I have reams of correspondence going back months but in a nutshell they sent a DN which didn't give us 14 days to remedy - didn't allow for days of service and then terminated on the back of that. They insist the agreement was never terminated. i understand I should send a CPR request - proceedings have not been issued yet - can anyone help with the letter for CPR request to send before proceedings are issued - for documentation I want them to send me?
