I rent some property out and recently i have received DCA letters for non-payment of management fees. I have called them, but they say i must put my offer in writing. The problem i have is i have a CCCS interview in July, and dont want any offer i make now to compromise my positon, or should i simply make an offer based on clearing the arrears over a 12 month period?
