Hi everyone,
Little advice I had an account with Creative I was paying reduced payments Creative agreed to. They also agreed as long as I continue no charges or interest. I have this in writing and recordings of calls. I haven't missed a single payment. The latest update to the agreement was a few months ago.
Account was sold to a DCA the account total has now jumped by £500. The DCA couldn't help as they didn't have account history. So I called the OC. They have admitted that they have added interest and this goes against the agreement we had. I have raised an official complaint with them.
I have asked the OC to send me the money as they have no financial interest or connection to the account anymore . Have I done the right thing?
This account is only a few years old by the way.
