    British Gas and Robinson Way

    I am desperately needing an answer on this if poss please. I owe BGas money from march-april 08. They claim it is £150 i never got bill and despute the amount. Account was handed to Robinsonway and I have emailed them asking for copy of bill which i have been promised. I have just discovered they have put a default on my credit record. Now the problem is i need this to be clean for a job i am in for. I cant say much more on here but this will stop me getting the job. Do they have the right to do this? should i just pay it and be done with it? I dont have much time to sort this out!!
