There is a debt on my husbands credit file , it was defaulted in 2007 , the last payment was 22 June 2012 , this is with cap quest .
It also says some payments have been made of £2 a month and most definitely the last payment was June 2012.
I have the letter of default on file and also have the letters from cap quest with yearly statements and clearly say the last payment was 22 June 2012.
I was going to send a SAR but now wondering whether I should be letting this dca know they've broken the law by defaulting an account twice or what does anyone suggest please ?
Need to get this sorted asap as this is just wrong .
