i have just had an equifax alert
marlin dca has just searched my credit file and have listed it as an out standing debt
any debts i had were from 1998
i have this merry go round of dca passing the buck once they realise its statute barred.
to make a point, i now have a spotless credit file and this is defamation.
what is the best way of suing there ar$%$£$ off
one way or anothe this merry go round is now going to end
