    Hello, any advice is appreciated!
    Yesterday I got a letter through from Lowell, attempting to contact me and saying nothing else.
    I think that this is relating to my internet account which I cancelled over the phone 2 years ago, I paid the leaving fee and went on my merry way.
    I haven't contacted Lowell at all.
    What I'm wondering is, what can they do? Do I have to contact them?
    I have 0 legal knowledge whatsoever so I'm in a bit of a panic, but ever fibre of my being is telling me not to contact them!
