    1st credit/barclaycard

    I have received a letter from 1st credit to see if i am person they are looking for regarding a barclaycard debt from 2008 although the debt was from approx 1999 as it was with my ex who i divorced in that year can they still claim it. Also i thought after 6 years the debt couldn't be collected?
