Help with TSB LLoyds

HI ALL.
Being paying LLoyds TSB . credit card through CCCS. since 2006 after loosing my job. Everything seemed alright untill received threat ogram from their not so nice solictors saying pay up or else. After reading the letter discovered i owe more now than i did before i started paying. Strange as TSB told me in 2006 freezing interest. Any Info as to what i can do about it please.Apart from telling them to stick it where the sun dont shine.:beagle:
