Suspension of Paydown plans till October 2020

Cain anyone please help, Im trying to find info on the suspension of Paydown Plans by Credit Card companys, the FCA has said that any suspensions of cards at the moment wont happen now till October. But what if you have a letter saying its paydown plans are to start now or between march and now? are they to be stopped and to start in October due to the corona impact. Ive tried looking on line cant get a defenitive answer anyone know?
