I had an old Tesco CC debt that I haven't paid since 2015. Lowell's contacted me at the beginning of the year January 2019) chasing the debt. I requested CCA from Lowell. (done the letter & sent the £1etc) They then sent me a letter reply saying they request the debt back to Tesco April 2019) I have now received a letter from lowells asking me to pay the debt.June 2019)I rang them explaining that I haven't received CCA, from them??..they said, they now have it!, and true to their word they sent it to me.July 2019) I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for on the CCA, but it basically has my old address name & terms & conditions.. Is there anything else I need to be looking for, i.e my signature? Also I need to know my next move? Please help..
