What to do next
Hi all
I have read this sites forums for a while now and decided to try and strengthen my case for some Full and Final Offers, I have a lot of debt from before 2004 and have just been paying token payments to them.
so I finally sent off 5 cca requests 03/03/16 and to date have only received one back from Moorcroft Debt Recovery, but I'm lost as to what there reply is on about as I thought if I request the documents from them they need to source and send them to me. they have sent back my £1 postal order and told me to contact the legal owner for the documents?. below is there response.

we acknowledge receipt of your recent letters requesting data as per section 77-79 consumer credit act 1974

We can confirm that we have requested the relevant documentation from our client and we will forward it to you when it is received.
Royal Bank of Scotland plc - credit card xxxxxxxxxx
we referred your request to our client, as the legal owner of the documents you require, and they have confirmed that to obtain a copy of this agreement you must put your request in writing to them using the following address:

southend on sea
ss1 9aj
with the above request in mind please find the payment you submitted
we must also stress that we are not seeking to enforce an agreement and have only asked that payment is made towards a debt that is outstanding.
That is the reply from Moorcroft I know its long winded but I'm unsure on how to proceed, thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
