I wonder if you can help me.. Supanet are suddenly emailing me 2 years after I moved out my property telling me I owe them around £600 and that if I dont pay they are going to suspend my services within 48 hours. I did call them to cancel but they say they have no record of this and also I cancelled my DD at the same time. I emailed them to say for nearly 2 years I had heard nothing from them and suddenly they are demanding all this money. I told them I couldnt understand why they would allow my service to keep running for over 2 years before they would consider suspending this. I emailed them and got a notification back to say they had received my query but they never responded.. Now this month I have received another email from them saying I am owe even more money and that if I dont pay within 48 hours they will suspend my service. So even last month my service was not suspended - ridiculous... They keep stating also this is my third notice which is strange.. Any advice greatly appreciated.. When I called to speak to someone before the emails they told me to write to them and wouldnt help me!!
