  • Authenticity of the CCA

Hello, I took out a Barclays credit card in June 2016, but the account defaulted in November 2018 (It has now been removed from my credit file). The debt was sold to the PRA Group in 2019, and since then, I have been making payments through DMP via StepChange.

Recently, I requested a copy of the Consumer Credit Agreement (CCA) from them, and they provided a Reconstituted Credit Agreement, along with Historic and Varied Terms and Conditions and account statements.

However, the CCA does not mention the original credit limit or the APR applicable when I opened the account. Instead, it lists my current credit limit as £0.00 and the current balance on the account. They also sent a few statement copies from 2018.

    Does this seem authentic?
