On the 10th Feb 2023 I request a sar from Tesco credit card they suplyed all information that I asked for
the credit card was taken out in 2016
Last payment was Jan 2019
The suplyed 24 page credit agreement I asked for a copy of original agreement the one sent looks reconstructed one one one page it as a box lectronical signature that's not singed by both parties however the part that say tick here says to be bound by this agreement as my name printed in just wondering if enforable or not
