Classylady18 back again!- any advice?
Hello! Im back again!
I've got a couple of questions that u guys may be able to help me with:
I've decided im not going to accept Barclays 'goodwill offer' (lol!) of £2000 and instead im going to claim for the whole amount plus the 8% interest.
1.) Shall i write to them rejecting their offer and inform them that i will be claiming through the courts for the full amount plus interest ?
or
2.) Shall i just file the claim with the courts without further notice?
Im unsure what to do and times ticking away!
Any advice would be most helpful ....!
