I have already posted this question on another site, which with hindsight I should've got on here first. It hasn't been answered.
I'll keep it brief (and vague!).
What are peoples opinions on what constitutes a breach of BCOBS 2.2:http://fshandbook.info/FS/html/handbook/BCOBS/2/2

I am attempting a claim for losses as I feel information given at time of an online instant transfer gave rise to unnecessary delays in the payment being made, and as a result I have faced penalties from the recipient and lost work day which can be proved (self-employed).
