Card Captured in ATM? Check the receipt code that is printed out

I am not gong to give all reason codes because it is true that some of them are fraud reasons and to give those codes out would be inappropriate. Here are the common codes.
05 The card has been reported lost or stolen
07 Three complete entries have been keyed consecutively using an incorrect PIN number(these entries need not have been keyed on the same day).
11 Card expired.

These are the common ones, if you see any others then please feel free to post and if appropriate I will post what it is
