Hi, I am trying to solve an issue I have with Lloyd’s Bank. I had a mortgage wit Cheltenham & Gloucester which was taken over by Lloyd’s. I completed a claim form and several days later got. 4 phone calls from Lloyd’s saying they had my details of 2 accounts and would get back to me. They then sent me letters saying they could not find any account with me details.
I have no paperwork with my account numbers so after some advise I sent Lloyd’s a copy of the deeds to my old house. They said that should be sufficient, however are now saying they are not and still can not find anything. How do I get my account number, or do I just give up ?
