    Right.....well.....ermm....
I have sent first letter to HSBC via their wonderful online mail service.....lol
A first letter asking for the charges back....£425 since april 2007....
Last month I got £100 of charges ...£50 of which was an unauthorised overdraft fee....yet as son as the overdraft was repayed.....the limit was reduced to £100 again....??
I am soooo annoyed that they do this and charge me £50 for a non permanent overdraft increase.....send me an email telling me to contact them to increase my limit....then tell me that I can't increase it due to my previous charges.....and i need 6 months without any charges.......which I would do....."If I had a bloody higher overdraft limit!", "You bunch of morons!"........

    Sorry......getting annoyed again.......lol

Well I am back and after banks blood........lol

    See you all soon......

    Russ
