  • Help please, SD, bankrupt, then not bankrupt- not sure what to do

Hi, please can someone offer some words of wisdom. My partner was made bankrupt a week ago Wednesday. He failed in his bid as a litigant in person to convince a Judge that he didn't owe the debt the creditor said he did and that there was a significant claim for losses. Judge threw it out and made him bankrupt on the spot. He was all for appealing the decision and then trying for an annulment. Now it turns out that the bankruptcy was made by a judge who didn't have jurisdiction so its been stayed and referred up the line to a higher Judge. He can write in to say he doesn't want the order made and state again that he has no liability for this debt. He has actually overpaid them by 87k but even with evidence no one is listening, it seems as he is a litigant in person and the Judge this time just spoke with the other sides Barrister. Can anyone please please help?
