Credit during a DRO?

Hello, I’ve tried to find out online but haven’t found anything to confirm. During a DRO are you allowed to use any credit at all? I’m currently in a DRO and have had a capital one card which I never used. It’s a small limit and they’ve not closed it. Am I allowed to use it?
