    hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone is able to offer some advice regarding a company called marstons. My partner received a distress warrant for a parking fine for a car, i have tried contacting the company who stated they allow four weeks for the full payment but we were not in a position to pay this amount. i have written a letter following advice offering payments of fifty pounds a month witha cheque of 31.00 enclosed stating that i was not refusing to pay the bill but was unable to make full payment. i received the cheque back this morning with a compliments slip saying to ring the bailiff. has anyone any advice to help me please thank you
