LORD JUSTICE FLOYD: This is an appeal from the judgment and order of Mr Philip Marshall QC, sitting as a deputy High Court judge, on a preliminary issue in a dispute relating to a contractual expert determination of an amount to be paid for the sale of a share in a dental practice.
