    Hi there,

Has anyone successfully used a pay to delete letter? Are they acceptable to use?

I have a default on my credit file with Arrow global from 2017 for a credit card that I genuinely have no knowledge of. I’m not saying it’s not mine just no recollection of it and certainly no correspondence from a company chasing it.

Im trying to get my credit file in order to get a mortgage and this one thing will stop it in its tracks. I’m happy to pay it without going into an argument or finding out if I own the debt or not but I need the default removed.

Any advice is very much appreciated
