I bought a bike in April, website made it clear that they did live classes with the monthly subscription and it was a live experience as well as pre recorded classes. Since buying they have halted the live classes saying they’ve had issues with the studio. I believe it falls under not as described. They have agreed to refund the subscription but not the 800 bike.
