Making a claim - smart exercise bike not as described

I bought a bike in April, website made it clear that they did live classes with the monthly subscription and it was a live experience as well as pre recorded classes. Since buying they have halted the live classes saying they’ve had issues with the studio. I believe it falls under not as described. They have agreed to refund the subscription but not the 800 bike.

I’ve sent them notice before action, and have until the 17th. They aren’t moving.
