Advice re parking eye, PCN, Court action, overstay mins on 2 hr free parking site
Hi. I'm new to this forum but pleased to be here.
Can anyone help with a parking eye issue I have.
So re an overstay in a 2 hour 'free parking' site.
Is a charge/ penalty enforceable if there is an over stay, as its not a 'pay and display'.
As I have been sent claim pack from business courts...
Acknowledged it and beginning to formulate a defense....
Is there any guidance / support from forum, courts for people with significant mental health conditions in addressing challenging these disgusting parking companies..?
