  • Requesting a Rehearing Court of Session on a civil case

    I waited one year and eight months for a human rights case to be heard in the Court of Session. The hearing
    Lacked Procedural Fairness I want to ask for a Rehearing
    and represent myself perhaps with a McKenzie friend.
    Which form should I complete?
    I represented myself but as soon as I Involved a Solicitor
    and barrister my documents seemed to be removed from
    Court as the lords seemed unaware of the facts of my case. Yet the Lord (Judge) who had previously allowed
    my case to be heard said he had read everything and was really kind.
    Different Judges at the hearing and they seemed completely unaware of my submissions.Can I ask for a Rehearing?
    The barrister seemed to scared to speak up
