Debts owing on estate

Hi, im new to all this but wanting some advice. My dad passed away leaving a house worth 30000. He has a credit card debt with PRA group of 15179. Can they force the sale of the property as I was wanting to move in but on benefits so probably would not be able to remortgage 😢 I have offered them 3000 as its all the money I have. Will they want me to sell dp you think. So worried
