I made a appointment with safe style to send a rep out for a qoute, rep did not show .Following day phone call to see how polite the rep was told them he did not show booked another appointment that day rep showed up and was a novice no knowledge of windows no pitcures of sash windows & no samples couldent even draw a sash window on contract, agreed on a price after a couple of phone calls to the office, paid £100 for surveyor and signed contrat 1 week later surveyor turn up and said rep measurements were all wrong took new ones . two weeks later another surveyor came out and said tha first one was all wrong ,all done now waiting for windows NO one week later phone call from head office saying windows gone up £2500 said they need to put scaffolding up, dident need it four weeks earlier on a house four doors away from us same house. On the cotract there is a 21 day cancellation period for both parties this had alapsed before the price went up do i have a case for brech of contrat at the price on contract
