closing bank account

I was made power of attorney in July for my sister i applied to Barclays to open a bank account for her as i banked with them. They photo copied all the papers of POA and a card and bank account number came her money was transfered and all her DWP money has gone in today i receive a letter stating that they will be closing the account in October due to not receiving correct paper work i have been to my local branch that did the scanning of paperwork and they cannot understand why this is happening they have said to give them till Tuesday to get it sorted has anyone else had this happen to them x
