Vt PCP with lost/new key

I was about to VT my car with gmac finance, and i just realised that the spare key may be missing, i know that it says stuff like must be returned with original keys etc so i would like advice on what happens? if i get a new key fob and have it coded to the car then will they know any different?also if i make the payment of GBP XXXX to bring my account up to half, am i within my rights to email and write to them saying that i will be VT'ing with immediate effect and by law i do not need to sign their paperwork which could mean i am agreeing to pay certain costs, or the collection checksheet and that the car will be available for collection on xxx date?i am 7K over agreed mileage with 10 months left, car is good as brand new except wheel scuffsthank you
