My parents live in an end of terrace property. 4 years ago, the attached terrace next door was bought and turned into an HMO. From planning for conversion to current day they have had issues.
My mother spoke to the "manager" of the HMO and he let it slip that drugs have been found on the premises and was apparently reported to the Police. Now, the residents are apparently Immigrants as my parents are also in contact with someone from the Home Office regarding the nuisance. They have had a dead body taken out, police raids and constant noise nuisance. Everyone has a right to live somewhere but it is becoming a strain on my parents health as they are pensioners. Both my parents and I can not afford legal assistance but would like to know is there anything they can do to finally getting some peace of mind.
