  • RCI Financial Services ignoring me!

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help.
I have had two cars through nissan finance over the last 6 years, both on 3 year pcp agreements. All good until I voluntarily ended my most recent agreement with 2 months left out of the three year plan.
They have hit me with a £400 bill for the condition of the car. The car had boot and bumper damage which was listed on the bill equalling £138 the rest as far as I can deduce comes under the fair wear and tear guide.
I wrote and emailed (signed for letter) on 28th may disputing these other charges and have heard nothing. Today I get a letter saying the amount is outstanding and I need to pay asap. I have proof that they have my letter and I refuse to phone the 10p a minute telephone number as originally they had me on hold for 20mins. I got an email a week ago saying they would deal with my case but nothing until this letter today.
I should mention I have taken further finance with them on a new car when they took my old one and have had no problem thus far.
I'm really getting stressed about this.
    Thanks in advance.
