    county court claim IDR Finance Kearns

    Hi There any help would be appriciated

    I have received a COUNTY COURT CLAIM FROM kEARNS Regarding a Barclaycard debt they are saying they purchased from 2013
    I have never payed them anymoney on this.
    The card dates back to 2000 with Barclaycard , The debt was sold after 3 missed payments which I had kept in good order for the previus 13 years.

    I have as for signed agreement , I received an old terms and conditions with no signature.

    I have no idea what to do the debt is £7388 , they are asking for £9800 in the court letter.

    Any guidance would be great
