I bought my council house two years ago and have invested 100% in the purchase modernisation of said property which at the time my cohabiting partner and I were joint tenants. I put the title as joint ownership.
We have since broken up and have agreed that I take over entire ownership of property for which can be done amicably.
What are the implications regarding the Discount we received when originally purchased and any capital gains tax issues? etc.
Can anyone help?
