  • Voluntary Termination of a PCH Agreement

    Hello,

I'd like to perform a voluntary termination of my PCH agreement however find some of the information quite confusing as they talk about value of vehicle. My contract has a term of 48 months, is a 6/47 agreement and has advance payments, hire payment, and one off rental of, as figures along with excess mileage. There is no future value associated with the vehicle.

So i paid the initial 6 x value, and have paid the one off rental and have paid a further 29 hire payments. I am well within the mileage limitation, and the car is in excellent condition.

So from what i've read, as I've paid more than half of the value, 68% of what £ Values i can find on my agreement, does that mean I can execute a voluntary termination, and have nothing further to pay. Any advice would be appreciated.
