  • Help WCA fail.....ESA to JSA

I am asking if anyone can advise me. I went to the WCA after a year in work group that was a result of me going to tribunal to get the DMs decision overturned. I still had the same medical condition as before only this time i had been diagnosed with pvl mrsa and had been isolated for 2 weeks while they investigated the strain. A month after the WCA i got the reply from DWP saying i scored big big fat 0!! So my esa was stopped and i was told tp claim jsa. At the wca i gave the so called medical professional all my medical evidence...one that clearly said "patient is infectious and contagious so should not be amongst other people". She didnt bother looking at or submitting it.
So, i go to the job center to claim jsa while i wait for MD and as soon as i tell them i have mrsa....they evacuated the whole building. Then i was made to go outside and they spoke to me on the phone saying i can not come into the building for health reasons. So i cannot claim jsa since i can not look for work, go to work focused interviews, sign on or work with so many lessions all over my body that could bleed anytime and i would infect others. You dt have to be a doc to know that. So they say i should reaply for esa when i am waiting for MD.
Do you think i should apply for new esa with a sick note showing new medicql illness.

    Thanks for any replies.
