Hello, I have a complaint regarding BM solutions Miss selling a mortgage in 2003. They say it was down to the broker, the broker is no longer on business and as it is before 2004 regulation that's not covered by FCA compensation. I have spoken to the FCA who say BM are responsible for the actions of the broker. It is in the 12 year time limitation. Has anyone had a similar claim against BM
