Hi 4 weeks ago I went into landrover main dealer and they took 1k deposit on new velar 1st edition , they have now called me and said they cannot supply the vehicle as they have sold out that model . I don't want my money back I want the car that I have ordered.
I did not know it was a limited edition but they let me order the car and take the money and gave me a receipt with the car details 1st edition written on it.
They have said in their terms and conditions it says due to availability, but should they take a deposit if they can't guarantee the vehicle
Where do I stand please???????
