i entered an iva in 2006.
unfortunately it was terminated in 2012.
i settled the debts by a different route.
i am applying for a new rental property.
the insolvency register is out of date and still shows my iva as active.
the referencing company (let alliance) have been provided with a copy of the termination certificate, and my EXPERIAN and EQUIFAX credit files are clear. my insolvency practitioner have informed the insolvency register as by rights this should of dropped off 3 months after the iva failed.
the referencing are now insisting on a court or solicitors letter to back up the information held on these files. how do i go about getting such a document?
