  • Employment Tribunals Jersey (self rep question?) Example: TRENOUTH-WOOD V EURACO

I live in Jersey and I am thinking of claiming for unfair dismissal from my ex workplace. with no notice the solicitor that was representing me has decided not to carry on with the case as she doesnt feel that we would win but i feel we could. Has anybody else represented themselves at tribunal? Do you know how common it is.

I was looking at the case of JULIA TRENOUTH-WOOD V EURACO GROUP LIMITED in the JEDT Jersey Employment Tribunals
    see url: https://www.jerseylaw.je/judgments/j...-133-2015.aspx

and saw that both parties represented. How easy is it and what can i expect?

    Thanks in advance.
    Paul.
