Hello everyone I hope you can help with some good advice....
My son worked for a major car manufacturer but a month or so into the role he left advising his line manager of the fact
the company continued to pay him for several months before realising the mistake and then informing him he had been over paid by £5000
and they asked for the money back...
what are his options he has paid £1000 back and offered £40 p/m he is on an apprenticeship now.
