I'm having a problem an online distance learning course I booked with itonlineleanring.com. It was for a graphic design course, I was basically talked into signing up and taking a course with them they were very persuasive.Now that I've signed up and my course was for a cost of £296.00 I've come to realise that all id be getting out of the course was just adobe video tutorials which I thought I'd get the adobe package program to practice on while watching the tutorial but I didn't just videos no feedback or anything they were very misleading .i called up to find out why I didn't get the package and they said that all I'd be getting is just the tutorials and when I finish watching all the videos they will send out a certificate which wouldn't mean anything just a piece of paper to say I've completed the course with them.I ask them to cancel my course and asked for a refund because I no longer wanted to continue with them only to find out they cant give me a refund because it been more than 14 days which I was never aware of because they never sent me their terms and condition they sent me my login details and everything else but the terms and condition.They also didn't cancel the course and took out another payment without my concent i asked my bank to cancel the transaction which they did but now they are calling me up harassing me to pay the rest of the course or I will be charged extra. Is there anything I can do to get my money back and get them to leave me alone ?
