3000 debt overdraft lloyds

hi lloyds sent me a letter about closing my account on 6th december.i owned them 3k for planned overdraft but i wont be able to pay back till date. account propobly will close with 3000 debt. what will hapend next? any chance to set monthly instalments of 150 pounds? any opinions
