  • Need advice on charging order and miss carriage of justice against natwest

    Yes...its 6 years on!
Many fights with debt co and FOS and Fscs n my own later I now have a complex situation re my natwest charging orders granted in 2010 when natwest came after myself and husband separately on a joint acct.
at the time the legal department of First step finance we're dealing with the papers etc
this year new solicitors taken over from eversheds
DrydenFairfax on receipt of their paperwork the debt is doubled even though in 2012 RBS granted us a ppi refund and offset 1200 on debt.

Due to to outside factors of miss sold mortgage and FOS and Fscs fight for 3yrs and my fight with nhs and education over daughters learning disability. I have not had time till now to research and sort out this situation.
I now have following questions :-

can a joint account have 2 charging of orders on it for same debt ?

I have just just got back my DSAR and the new solicitors have no paperwork on original debt and are not recognising it's a joint acct as they have 2 entry's on their computer system
So is this request with charging orders on our house legal?

Then ill throw in the mix Mental Capasity Act
my daughters learning disability diagnosis show the same symptoms as husband .....

So I need advice on best course of action.

Who is willing to advise and review the case
there are other factors to this which point to miscarriage of justice.
As you see from above I have been busy and not able to tackle this problem til now but now is the time to resolve it.
