Hi, if this isn't the correct way to ask for help please excuse I am new here.
Have managed to get an appeal listed with Employment Appeal Tribunal and have been authorised a free barrister rep from pro bono unit. I am on a low fixed income and cannot afford a solicitor. Judge has directed that parties attempt to agree evidence notes but respondent solicitor says he would rather apply for tribunal judges notes is this normal practice ? please can anyone help
