  • a question about defence

i have started putting my defence togeather.... (it needs to be sent asap. my reckoning if the papers where dated 22nd august then they need to be in northampton by wedsnesday 21st?)

i have a couple of questions.....

[5. The particulars of claim fail to state when the agreement was entered into] the particulars say on or around is this acceptable?

[12: I have asked the Claimant if we may agree to extend the time period allowed for filing of my defence pending receipt of documents (as allowed under CPR 15.5), but they have declined.] or [The Parties agreed to an extension to the time period allowed for filing of my defence under CPR 15.5 to allow the Claimants additional time to produce the relevant documentation to evidence their claim, however they have failed to do so.] I don’t understand what this is referring to?

i have also attached a copy of the defence for your reading pleasure and advice...
