I am currently off work with stress which is completely work related and have been told that my pay is going to reduced to half pay.
Initially I was off work for work for six months and other personal factors then I went back for exactly eight weeks, then went sick due to the way I was being treated at work, now I have been informed that my pay is to be halved.
Can they do this? My sick note said that I was off for work related stress.
